Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions page for Suzette D. Harrison Books! We know that shopping online can sometimes raise questions, so we've compiled a list of the most common queries we receive from our valued customers.

1. RETURNS/REFUNDS

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, at this time, due to COVID-19 all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be processed.

2. SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

3. EXCHANGES

Under normal circumstances we only replace items if they are defective or damaged on a case by case basis.  However, due to COVID-19, all sales are final and exchanges are not permitted.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Orders will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, not including holidays/weekends. Shipping times vary depending on the method of delivery, location, and other factors.

5. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track the status of your order with the tracking number you received via email once your package was shipped. If additional help is needed, please email us at suzette@sdhbooks.com

6. I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier to address the issue directly with them.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

7. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping.
